WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED IN OUR PRODUCTS?
Our headbands are the perfect combination of Polyester and Lycra, providing a 4-way stretch for the most comfortable fit. Also, did you know our materials are made from recycled plastics? At MiLi Life, we Recycle, Reduce and Reuse!
WHAT ARE THE BUTTONS/MAGNETS FOR?
We provide button headbands! If you are required to wear a face mask for an extended period of time, you know your ears can become sore from the straps of the facemask. These are great for healthcare workers, kids in school, and retailer workers, just to name a few. Save your ears!
- Sewn-on Buttons: When adding a headband to your cart, simply select the sewn-on button option. These buttons are free to add.
- Removable buttons: These buttons have a magnet backing so you can place the buttons in a position that best fits your face mask. At the end of the day, you can remove the buttons and simply wear the headband for other functions, or use the buttons on a different headband.
ARE THE HEADBANDS ONE SIZE FITS ALL?
Our headbands are sized to fit the average head of most men, women and children over age 10 – and they are all Unisex.
If you need special sizing, we are happy to help. We can size down, FREE of charge. Just send us a request and we can help you get the perfect fit.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR MY HEADBAND FOR?
Headband hair, don’t care! Our headbands are good for everything from workouts, yoga, jogging, and hiking, to normal everyday activities, to just going out with friends. Just put on your favorite headband, and out the door you go!
DO YOU HAVE HEADBANDS FOR MEN?
At MiLi Life, we don’t conform to gender stereotypes! All our headbands are for both women AND men. There is no rule, just wear your favorite! There is something in our collection for everyone. As we always say, the brighter the better!
WHAT IS A SUPERFAN?
We have a SUPERFAN program, because we have so many fans that LOVE our headbands. Buy 10 headbands at any time and receive your next one on us! We keep track of your orders so you don’t have to. When you purchase 10, we will send you a SUPERFAN coupon for a FREE headband (shipping not included). If your 10th headband is in the middle of an order, message us and we will expedite a Freebie coupon. No sign-up required.
ARE THE HEADBANDS MACHINE WASHABLE?
All headbands and scrunchies are machine washable and should be laid out to dry.
In between washes, simply rinse under cold water and lay flat. This way you can get many uses between washings.
- Hand or machine wash in cold water only.
- Use mild detergent
- Dry Flat – Do not machine dry
- Do NOT use fabric softener – this shortens the life of your headband
- Prior to washing, remove the magnetic buttons, so they don’t get lost in the wash
Best Practice: to prevent headbands from getting tangled in the wash or getting lost, use our handy laundry bags.

We use USPS for all shipping and currently offer standard and expedited shipping.
Currently, we offer FREE standard domestic shipping on orders over $31.00 (within the continental US).
Standard US shipping is $3.99 (within the continental US)
Expedited US shipping $7.99
Standard Canadian Shipping $14.00
Expedited Canadian Shipping $42.85

Currently, we offer FREE standard domestic shipping on orders over $31.00 (within the continental US).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Standard US and Canadian Shipping – Fulfilled within 3-5 business days, this does NOT include shipping time.
Expedited US and Canadian Shipping – Fulfilled 1-3 business days, this does NOT include shipping time.
Holiday Orders - Fulfilled within 5-10 business days, this does NOT include shipping time. 2020 Holiday season starts Nov 1 - Dec 31.
Shipping Time NOTE: MiLi Life cannot make guarantees for USPS therefore the SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. First Class Mail is approximately 5-10 business days and Expedited Mail is approximately 2-5 days.
You will receive a tracking ID number at the time of shipment and can track your package online.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you contact us immediately, we may be able to change or cancel your order, unless it has been picked up by the delivery service.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Your buying and returns are hassle and stress free!
We accept domestic exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns and exchanges are only available if the product is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received.
- All sale items are final sale and NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom headbands (logos, custom fabric, sewn on buttons, iron-ons, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect.
- We can only accept returns and exchanges from items purchased online directly at MiLi-Life.com.

MiLi Life will email you a return label. MiLi Life Athletic Accessories is not responsible for covering the cost of lost merchandise.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ship the exchange or issue your refund as requested. Please note that credit refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD OR PROMO CODE?
There may be multiple coupon codes online. Unfortunately, only one code can be used per purchase. Sale or clearance items may be excluded from further discount.
A gift card can be used in conjunction with a promo code. Use your gift card at checkout.
WHY IS MY PAYMENT BEING DECLINED?
Sometimes payment may be declined due to a discrepancy. Check that the billing address matches the billing address on file at your bank or credit card. The billing and shipping addresses can be different.
